PLEASE READ THESE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR PLAY IMPOSSIBLE PRODUCT. BY USING THE PRODUCT, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
This warranty policy is valid as of August 15th, 2017.
I. Limited Warranty
PLAY IMPOSSIBLE provides this warranty to customers and consumers who purchased PLAY IMPOSSIBLE Products from PLAY IMPOSSIBLE or one of it authorized retailers. PLAY IMPOSSIBLE warrants all new Products to be free from manufacturing or material defects ("Defects") for the Warranty Period as defined below. This warranty applies only against Defects discovered within the Warranty Period and extends only to the original purchaser of the Product.
This warranty is valid and enforceable only in the country where the Product was purchased by the original purchaser, provided that PLAY IMPOSSIBLE has intended that the Product be offered for sale in that country. Depending on the country, particular and variable warranties may apply in relation to applicable legislation. Nothing in this warranty policy can exclude or limit these statutory provisions.
The Warranty Period for PLAY IMPOSSIBLE game products listed have a Warranty Period of ninety (90) days. Game products include the following models: PI-B01, PI-B02, PI-S01.
The Warranty Period starts on the date of the retail purchase of the Product by the original purchaser from an authorized PLAY IMPOSSIBLE dealer.
To the extent permitted by national laws, the Warranty Period will not be extended, renewed or otherwise affected by the subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Product. However, part(s) repaired or replacement Product(s) issued during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the reminder of the original Warranty Period only; provided, such replacement or repair has been performed by PLAY IMPOSSIBLE.
Depending on the country, particular and variable Warranties Periods may apply in relation to applicable legislation. Nothing in this warranty policy can exclude or limit such legislation.

III. Warranty Enforcement
PLAY IMPOSSIBLE shall determine in its sole discretion whether or not a Product fails to conform to its warranty. In the event of that PLAY IMPOSSIBLE determines that a Product fails to conform to its warranty, PLAY IMPOSSIBLE will provide, at its option, one of the following at no charge to the original purchaser: (a) repair of the Product or (b) replacement of the Product. The appropriate remedy will be determined by PLAY IMPOSSIBLE based upon the following considerations: (a) the value of the Product with no Defect, (b) the significance of the Defect, and the inconvenience each remedy would place on the original purchaser. THESE SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES OF THE BUYER FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
IV. Disclaimer and Release
The warranties provided herein are the exclusive warranties given by PLAY IMPOSSIBLE and supersede any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE THAT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS OR PARTS DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIODS OF EXPRESS WARRANTIES GIVEN ABOVE FOR THOSE SAME PRODUCTS OR PARTS. PLAY IMPOSSIBLE HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES THOSE WARRANTIES THEREAFTER. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. PLAY IMPOSSIBLE ALSO HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY NONCOMFORMANCE OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) ANY OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, RIGHT, CLAIM OR REMEDY IN TORT, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF PLAY IMPOSSIBLE OR ITS SUPPLIERS (WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED); AND (B) ANY OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, RIGHT, CLAIM, OR REMEDY FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT. This disclaimer and release shall apply even if the express warranty set forth above fails of its essential purpose.
V. Exclusion of Consequential and Incidental Damages.
PLAY IMPOSSIBLE AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT (INCLUDING WARRANTY), TORT (INCLUDING ACTIVE, PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE, FOR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUE PRODUCT, ADDITIONAL COSTS INCURRED BY PURCHASER (BY WAY OF CORRECTION OR OTHERWISE) OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGESS, WHETHER RESULTING FROM NONDELIVERY OR FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. This exclusion applies even if the above warranty fails of its essential purposes and regardless of whether such damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict liability in tort or under any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

All products should be sent via FedEx Ground, FedEx, or UPS to ensure that the shipment can be traced. Shipping costs and insurance to PLAY IMPOSSIBLE are your responsibility. PLAY IMPOSSIBLE will inspect the returned product and take the appropriate action within 5-10 business days of receipt of the product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Autralian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. PLAY IMPOSSIBLE will replace the product that is faulty or defective under the Warranty Period.
PLAY IMPOSSIBLE will cover the cost of the replacement and the cost of sending the product back to PLAY IMPOSSIBLE for replacement.
